Legacy pattern-tier footer that hosts the ChatWidget slot; the production Next.js site chrome is SiteFooter.

When to use

Footer is the legacy pattern-tier footer that pairs with the deprecated Header pattern and hosts the ChatWidget slot. The production Next.js site mounts SiteFooter from app/layout.tsx instead. Keep Footer only for compositions that still reference it; new work should use SiteFooter.

When not to use

The contract records no forbidden uses.
