# Design System Workshop

> Get the team aligned on the design system in two days

- URL: https://www.digitaltableteur.com/engagements/design-system-workshop
- Price: Quoted per workshop
- Timeline: 2 days, with prep and analysis
- Book: https://www.digitaltableteur.com/contact?mode=message&package=workshop

Designers, engineers and product owners describe the same system differently. Decisions stall because nobody owns them. The workshop starts with prep work, works through the hard questions in two facilitated days and ends with a written analysis the team can act on.

## Use a workshop when the team needs a shared picture

- Design and engineering describe the system in different terms
- A rebuild, migration or new brand is coming and the plan is unclear
- Ownership of components and tokens is undecided
- Earlier initiatives started strong and stalled

## What the workshop covers

Prep work maps the current setup through short interviews and a review of the components, tokens and documentation in use. The two days work through priorities, ownership and next steps with the people who make the decisions. The analysis afterwards records what was agreed and what is still open.

## Not included unless scoped separately

- Building or rebuilding components
- A full design system audit
- Ongoing facilitation after the analysis

## How the workshop runs

1. Interview key people and review the current setup before the first day.
2. Day one: map the system, the people who use it and where it fails them.
3. Day two: agree on priorities, ownership and a sequence for the next steps.
4. Deliver a written analysis with findings and a plan for next steps.

## What you receive

- A summary of the prep interviews and setup review
- Workshop outputs captured and cleaned up
- A written analysis of findings and open questions
- A prioritised plan for next steps

## How the price is set

2 days, with prep and analysis. Quoted per workshop. The price depends on group size, travel and whether the workshop runs remotely or on-site.

## About the workshop

**Who should take part?** The people who decide how the system is built and used: design, engineering and product leads. Group size affects the format and the quote.

**Can it run remotely?** Yes. Both remote and on-site delivery are possible. On-site delivery adds travel to the quote.

**What happens after the two days?** A written analysis and a plan for next steps. Continuing is optional: the plan can feed a UX Sprint, a Lift-Off or work run by your own team.

**How much preparation does the team need?** A few short interviews and access to the current components, tokens and documentation. The prep work handles the rest.
